- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Amber seems nice but is not good at her job. For over a year we asked if she would send proof of insurance to our bank on a property we own This never happened the bank put another fee to cover insurance of the loan because she wouldn't send proof. We had double coverage for 3 years and paid twice for it because she wouldn't send proof. Problem 2 - Auto Insurance I had an accident- on a car that we had purchased with a salvage title. Amber allowed me to put full coverage knowing full well that the car was totaled out FROM THE DEALER we bought it from (she saw the car) for three years we paid full coverage an when I was in the accident the insurance company refused to pay because it had a salvage title. They said the car had negative value. No premiums where returned. Amber claimed she wouldn't have insured it if she knew it was salvage.
